Want to insult someone?

Call them talented!

It’s the most idiotic thing to call someone that worked his ass off for something. It’s not talent, it’s not something you were born with, it’s hard work!

I’m not a good programmer cause I have talent, I wasn’t born with this knowledge, I worked, I coded, I read, I tested, I developed, I didn’t sleep, I DID STUFF to get here!

Same with Oana, she’s not a talented designer and ux expert. She’s a very hard working designer that strives to be the best at what she does and is in a continuous learn mode. She doesn’t have a talent for UX, she works to have a better understanding of human interaction, of how people react to different incentives and basically what makes the user tick.

Stop calling people talented unless you want to insult them.
